Can I drop off bedding as well or just clothing?

Sheets, towels and pillowcases are charged on our regular laundry per pound. Comforters are priced differently.

Do we have to tip the driver?

Tipping is not mandatory, however, it is greatly appreciate it if you do.

How do you estimate the laundry you have?

To estimate the weight of your order, we have customers use a 13-gallon (home) trash bags full of random clothes such as jeans, shirts, towels, shorts, sheets etc. Each bag weighs approximately between 13-16 lbs. If you are using larger bag such as a 30-gallon (Leaf bag) weight will approximately be around 25-35 lbs. Please Note: This is intended to be ONLY a guideline to estimate the weight of your items. No two bags are alike due to the variety of possible combinations.

What are your hours for drop off?

You can drop off any time between our regular store hours. 8:00am - 8:00pm. 7 days a week.

What are your hours for Pickup and Delivery Service?

Our Pickup and Delivery Service Hours: Monday through Friday: 10:00am-4:00pm Saturday: 10:00am-3:00pm Sunday: No Pickup or Deliveries. - You are more than welcome come pickup your order from us on Sunday. You may also drop off on Sundays as well.

What kinds of laundry detergent do we offer?

We offer everything from Tide and Gain to hypoallergenic detergents.

What methods of payment do we accept?

We gladly accept Cash or Credit/Debit Cards.

When do we pay for our items?

If you intend on dropping off- You may pay upfront with a credit/debit card or cash. We also will accept payment when you come and pickup your order as well. Pickup and Delivery- On the app you can do it all. When you receive the notification that your order is ready you may pay on the app or via email when you receive an invoice. Or pay cash upon delivery.

Will you charge extra if I request a specific laundry detergent?

No, we do not charge extra. Just make sure to specify which detergent you prefer at pick-up and we will add the notes to your order

Terms and Conditions

1) Service: Our wash and fold laundry service include the washing, drying, and folding of your clothes. We also provide dry cleaning and ironing services. 2) Dry cleaning takes 2 or more days depending on the fabric and number of items in the order. 3)Pricing: Our pricing is based on the weight of your laundry. Please see our website or ask our customer service representative for our current pricing. 4)Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. NO CHECKS! 5) Laundry bags: You may purchase a “S” “M” “L” reusable bag that you can use for our service but is not needed. A trash bag may be used to put the laundry in for pickup. 6) Sorting: Please make sure to sort your laundry before handing it over to us. We cannot be responsible for damage or color bleeding caused by mixing of colors. 7) Stains: We will do our best to remove stains, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains. 8) Lost or damaged items: We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your laundry. However, in the event of lost or damaged items, we will reimburse you up to a maximum of 5 times the cost of our service for that order. 9) Pick-up and delivery: We offer pick-up and delivery services for an additional fee. Please ask our customer service representative for our current pricing. 10) Liability: We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by manufacturer defects, improper care labels, or normal wear and tear. 11) Complaints: If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry. 12) Cancellation: If you need to cancel your laundry order, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
